How long until I receive a refund after returning by post?

If you have followed our step by step guide on how to return an online order (seen here https://www.decathlon.ie/content/8-365-days-return) you will be refunded within 20 working days of the date of postage.

Rest assured as soon as the team receives and processes the returned package the funds will be refunded to your original bank account used for payment at the time of ordering.

If you have not received a refund within the stated period following the return of goods please contact our Dublin support team at help.ireland@decathlon.com and enclose the tracking number of the package returned as well as the original order number.
