I want to cancel/change my order.

If you wish to cancel or change an order you just need to contact our support team at help.ireland@decathlon.com and provide your order number as soon as possible and the team will do their best to assist.

It must be noted that if your order has the status of "80", "90" or shipped then unfortunately we may not be able to cancel or make amendments to it as the order may already be pre-advised for shipping or indeed in transit.

Should this occur and you still do not wish to receive the order you can reject it upon delivery with our delivery partners and it will be returned to sender at no cost to you and a full refund will be issued once confirmed.
