In store return policy.

Items purchased in store in Decathlon Ballymun can only be returned in store in Ballymun and cannot be posted back.

Items purchased in store can avail of the standard 30 days to return any unworn/unused goods with tags attached for a refund/exchange with your proof of purchase upon inspection.

If you make your purchase in store and utilize your Decathlon account email address at the till at the time of making your purchase this will extend your returns window from 30 to 365 days.

Points to note -

• The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
• The item must be returned with the original tags and packaging material.
• Defective items used outside of their intended purpose cannot be returned.
• Decathlon does not accept returns on perishable products (e.g. food, beverages) and products with hygiene concerns (e.g. undergarments).
• Decathlon does not accept returns of products that are customized for the client at our stores.
