I want to make a return but I do not have my order invoice to print?

If you are trying to make a return and placed your order prior to March 2nd 2021 you will have received your order invoice via email at the time of placing your order (may need to check your spam folder).

If you cannot retrieve this email you can simply enclose a handwritten note with your name, original order number and the item codes you are returning inside the package with the items.

If your order is placed after March 2nd you can retrieve your order invoice in your email confirmation as above, or by logging into your decathlon.ie account, selecting "order history" and then "online orders" and a pdf of your invoice is available to download.
